● Delays caused by couriers or customs.
● Missing or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation.

5.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Nava is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect information.


 

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

6.1 Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, swimwear without hygiene stickers intact, and undergarments are not eligible for return.

6.3 Refunds: Refunds are only available for first-time purchases. Otherwise, store credit or exchanges will be provided.

6.4 Exchanges: One-time size exchanges are allowed, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.


 

SECTION 7 - PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

7.1 All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

8.1 By tagging @navaactive or using our branded hashtags, you grant Nava Activewear permission to use your content across our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
