Refund policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or customized products are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@navaactive.com or via the return portal on our website to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and the RAN.
  3. Shipping the Return: Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your Return Authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
  • Deductions: If applicable, original shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

 

5.Damaged or Defective items

  •  If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@navaactive.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue for a prompt resolution.

 

6. Additional Information

  • Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, contact us with proof of purchase for a store credit or exchange.
  • International Orders: Customers returning items from outside Canada are responsible for customs fees, duties, and return shipping costs.
